Configuring Real-Time Sync Filtering With Process Builder

You can configure real-time sync data filtering from SFDC to Service Board by using Process Builder.

To modify an existing process, you must clone it. After a process is activated, it cannot be modified.

To configure real-time sync filtering:

  1. On the SFDC Setup page, in the left pane, under Build, expand the Create and Workflow and Approvals nodes, and then click Process Builder.
  2. In the list, click Notify Service Board for Work Order, and then on the process page, click Clone.

  3. Notify Service Board for Work Order Process Page

    ||
    ISCHANGED([Account].Custom_Field_one)
    ||
